City, county talk hwy bypass

A highway bypassing Fort Saskatchewan to the south is on its way and its alignment could be known by spring, the city manager said Monday morning. Fort Saskatchewan and Strathcona County have been in negotiations since December on the alignment of such a route, Dave Dubauskas said. [more]
